What shipped this quarter: grouped servers, live console, scheduling

Three changes that came directly out of support threads, plus what we decided not to build.

The dashboard used to show a flat list of accounts with the server address repeated on every row. Grouping accounts under the server they belong to removed most of the confusion in one afternoon.

Live console

Reading chat was the single most requested feature, ahead of anything to do with automation. The console now streams chat, system and error output per account, and you can send messages or commands back.

Scheduling

People kept burning their balance overnight for worlds nobody played on until evening. Scheduling lets you pick the hours a bot should be awake, which stretches the same balance roughly three times further.

What we said no to

Automated mining, farming and combat scripts. They would push this from keeping a world loaded into playing the game for you, and that is a different product with a different set of consequences for the servers involved.
